Raasel is provided as a secure communication platform for enterprise use. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, transmitting malicious software, or using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Your use of Raasel is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Raasel employs end-to-end encryption to protect your communications. Your organization's administrator manages access and data retention policies.

5. Service Availability

Raseen Labs strives to maintain high availability of the Raasel platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

Raasel and its associated branding, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of Raseen Labs. Raasel is built upon open-source Matrix protocol technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raseen Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

Raseen Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform.
