Raseen Labs is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how Raasel, our secure enterprise messaging platform, handles your information.

2. Data We Collect

Raasel collects the minimum data necessary to provide the messaging service: your account credentials, message metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps), and device information required for push notifications and end-to-end encryption.

3. End-to-End Encryption

Raasel uses end-to-end encryption for all private conversations. Message content is encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipients. Raseen Labs and server administrators cannot read encrypted message content.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on your organization's self-hosted Raasel server infrastructure. Raseen Labs does not have access to your organization's server data. Data retention policies are determined by your organization's administrator.

5. Data Sharing

Raseen Labs does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

6. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, a notification service processes minimal data to deliver alerts to your device. Message content is not included in push notification payloads when end-to-end encryption is enabled.

7. Analytics

Raasel does not collect analytics or telemetry data from your usage of the application.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact your organization's Raasel administrator to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, end-to-end encryption for message content, and secure credential storage.

10. Changes to This Policy

Raseen Labs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the platform.
